Rich Froning Jr. from Wikipedia
As Rich Froning Jr. goes for a forth CrossFit Games title in a row, one has to wonder if he has it in him. He has dominated the CrossFit landscape since “The rope” caused him a second place finish in his debut at the 2010 CrossFit Games. He dominated the 2011, 2012, and 2013 Games winning all three by a large margin.
Earlier in the year Froning shocked the CrossFit community with his announcement that this would be his final Games. I believe that Rich will indeed retire, and will finish in first this July ahead of Graham Holmberg, his closest competition.
